About the Offering
Join us for 90 minutes of topic discussion around navigating uterine health with endocrine conditions. During our time together we will discuss the impact different conditions may have on menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, and during postpartum.
This class will be held on zoom. Participants will receive a recording of the live zoom after it has concluded.
This offering is a sliding scale of $10-$30. Use the “tip” option to add to your donation.

About the Offering
Join us for a morning of stillness as we pause together in celebration with the energies birth brings.
This unique sound bath offering is an invitation for couples, partners, and close community to gather and celebrate all steps of the birthing process. Not only are we celebrating birth, but truly the many pathways this journey can unfold.
This sound bath merges Opal’s tools as a birth doula, and childbirth educator to meet the realms of sound medicine to curate a special space holding for those who are on fertility journeys, pregnancy or postpartum pathways.
What to Bring
There are 8 recliner spots and 4 floor spots available. Please note recliner spots offered on a first come, first serve basis.

About the Offering
Our purpose in offering this course is to share the expansive perspectives on connecting with souls before they enter the physical. Stepping into not only what it is to stand as a mother when a child arrives earthside, but to honor and celebrate the journey of their soul to the physical.
In this course we invite the logical mind to find rest, and nurture the magic of life’s most beautiful mysteries. Creation.
This course celebrates Maiden’s, Mothers, and Birthkeepers as the greeters of the thresholds in which these souls enter.
During our live call, we will:
- Begin with a Grounding Exercise
- Discuss the fundamentals of receiving information based in nonlinear time. (Shaman and Medicine Peoples perspective)
- Develop ideas around different signs that may arise, what it is to live within this connection, feeling their energy and supporting their gifts, and the sacred contract of birthing.
- Leading in to a 30-minute Womb Meditation with Sound Healing
- Questions and Discussion to end our time together.
