Our Intention
Our purpose in offering this course is to share the expansive perspectives on connecting with souls before they enter the physical. Stepping into not only what it is to stand as a mother when a child arrives earthside, but to honor and celebrate the journey of their soul to the physical.
In this course we invite the logical mind to find rest, and nurture the magic of life’s most beautiful mysteries. Creation.
This course celebrates Maiden’s, Mothers, and Birthkeepers as the greeters of the thresholds in which these souls enter.
In Presence Together...
We will develop topics surrounding what supports connecting with spirit babies before entering the physical.
Touching on the different signs that may arise, what it is to live within this connection, realms of the Ancestors, feeling their energy in supporting their gifts, and the sacred contract of birthing.
We will spend just over 2 hours together with opportunity for discussion at the end.
Opal will lead with a grounding exercise to begin, calling in our intentions for the practice. We will then go into the course portion which will be approximately 60 minutes to 75 minutes. This will be followed with a guided meditation into a 30-minute sound healing recorded by Opal.
The Journey
During our live call, we will:
- Begin with a Grounding Exercise
- Discuss the fundamentals of receiving information based in nonlinear time. (Shaman and Medicine Peoples perspective)
- Develop ideas around different signs that may arise, what it is to live within this connection, feeling their energy and supporting their gifts, and the sacred contract of birthing.
- Leading in to a 30-minute Womb Meditation with Sound Healing
- Questions and Discussion to end our time together.

Who is this Course For?
Maidens, Mothers, and Birthkeepers. The intention with this course is to offer a space for us to gather and celebrate the sacred ceremony connecting with souls beyond gifts us.
To journey and to connect deeper to the expansiveness of the womb as a portal of creation.
Various perspectives may be taken away from this gathering, and the intention is to tune into what may be coming up for you.
This course is for those beginning the journey of conscious conception, those who may have walked it and are curious about going deeper with their womb, and those who hold this space in the realms of birthing.
**Note, this course may touch on tender topics for those who are in the process of conceiving or have experienced loss. Our intention is to honor these sacred movements, and we support you in taking time and space you need for your heart.
Meet your Doula...
Opal Lynn is a Birth Doula with a background in sound healing, energy work, and education. Opal is certified in the State of Washington as a Birth doula following completion of her training with the Center for Indigenous Midwifery.
Her connection to birth work has carried through various lines of her lineage and is rooted in indigenous, and Caribbean birthing practices. Opal stands as an advocate and support for those she engages with while also offering a deeper perspective in embodying birthing.
Opal’s intuitive connections play a vital role in the birthing space as it invites the support and awareness of the ancestral realm to be of support in the space. In addition, they support her in building the container to honor and integrate teachings of the Sacred Mother somatically into the body.
In her time outside of Birthwork, Opal serves as an Earthkeeper. The medicines brought forth from being in nature, connecting with the ancestors of the lands we occupy, and celebrating the rejoining of the worlds reflects deeply into her service across communities.
Opal is currently a student with the Center for Indigenous Midwifery as an Indigenous Childbirth Educator.
